Lives saving drugs for the benefit of critical dengue patients imported from Thailand have been distributed to hospitals by the health ministry. The Ministry of Health has taken the necessary action to import from Thailand, a consignment of drugs that can increase the blood composition of Dengue patients.
The first stock of Dextron-40 drug was imported recently. The second stock was due to reach the island shortly. The World Health Organisation supported the import of Dextron-40 from Thailand.
